Technical Manager, Network Reliability at ServiceNow

Shape the future of network reliability as a Technical Manager at ServiceNow. Lead teams in operational excellence and incident management using SRE principles for cloud platforms. In this key role, you will oversee the reliability and operation of network services while developing your team of engineers. Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting complex incidents and ensuring readiness, all aimed at increasing availability and efficiency for ServiceNow’s cloud offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the reliability engineering team and manage priorities
- Actively troubleshoot and lead major incident responses
- Define and utilize SLIs and SLOs to enhance service metrics
- Automate operational tasks to improve consistency
- Partner across departments for enhanced incident resolution
- 5+ years in production operations or network reliability
- Strong understanding of networking and SRE best practices
- Technical capabilities in Linux and troubleshooting
- Leadership experience in managing engineers
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in global settings
