District Sales Manager at Grainger

Drive sales performance as a District Sales Manager with W.W. Grainger in Burnaby, British Columbia. This hybrid role focuses on leading a motivated sales team while achieving strategic account targets. Grainger is seeking a skilled District Sales Manager to enhance sales across the district. You will develop sales plans in collaboration with the Regional Director, supervise a robust sales force, and ensure adherence to the company’s “Code of Ethics”. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a proven track record in sales management. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the sales team towards achieving district goals
Collaborate with Regional Director on district sales planning
Establish sales budgets and customer territories for representatives
Review sales performance and implement corrective actions quarterly
Liaison with top customers to optimize relationships

Requirements:

Degree in Sales & Marketing Management or related field
Several years of sales and management experience
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
Willingness to adhere to on-site customer screening processes
