Branch Manager - Mississauga (Sainte-Euphémie-sur-Rivière-du-Sud)

Transport is at the core of modern society. Prevost, a division of Volvo Group Canada Inc., is currently looking for a Branch Manager for its Mississauga Service Center. Responsibilities

Provide on‑site leadership, motivation, and direction for branch staff Expand the customer base and branch profitability Lead and foster winning teams across functions while challenging the status quo Implement improvements and efficiencies in the branch Develop personal, professional, and technical skills for themselves and their team on a continual basis Resolve conflicts between team members and customers Foster teamwork in a demanding environment Adopt a business‑owner mentality with strong financial acumen Interpret Profit & Loss (P & L) statements and develop strategies to exploit market opportunities, including business development Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and values Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the manager Benefits

Permanent position with a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year Minimum of five weeks of vacation Comprehensive group insurance paid 100% by the company Retirement plan with employer contribution up to 7% Telemedicine program Unique work environment Qualifications

Preferably 10 years of industry‑related experience Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent training Excellent knowledge of the bus, truck, and/or automotive industry Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Negotiation skills that balance customer and business objectives SAP software knowledge is a plus Key Competencies
