- Monitor procurement portals for relevant opportunities
- Screen and categorize bids for service leaders
- Track bid/no-bid decisions and follow up with stakeholders
- Maintain proposal resources and logs comprehensively
- Support proposal development through structured documentation
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Experience in proposals, tenders, or procurement
- Familiarity with RFPs and bid processes
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
