GIRO Proposal Coordinator Position

Step into the role of Proposal Coordinator at GIRO, supporting proposal managers in drafting responses to RFPs and RFIs, with the option for flexible remote work. This role requires 3-5 years of related experience and a relevant college or university degree. You’ll be responsible for administrative support, improving sales documents, and conducting crucial research. Strong planning skills and a customer-centric approach will enhance your effectiveness in this dynamic position. Key Responsibilities:

Review and suggest improvements on proposal documents
Organize and update filing systems for proposal-related materials
Assemble documents for tenders and proposals comprehensively
Manage certain RFI and RFQ responses with guidance
Maintain proposal team’s online platforms using SharePoint

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
3–5 years’ experience in proposal coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient writing in both French and English
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and proposal tools an asset
