TEAOLOGY recrute son/sa Coordinateur·rice Marketing pour piloter la croissance de la marque en pharmacies (retail) et en ligne à travers l’Amérique du Nord.

Votre rôle & impact

En tant que Coordinateur·rice Marketing, vous serez au cœur de l’exécution des stratégies marketing. Véritable chef d’orchestre du marketing opérationnel, vous contribuerez directement à la croissance de la marque.

Vos responsabilités incluent:

Marketing & trade marketing

• Co-création des plans marketing (lancements, promotions)
• Développement et gestion des promotions et animations en retail en respect avec le budget
• Création et coordination des supports visuels
• Analyses diverses et suivi des performances

Gestion de projet & production

• Rédaction de briefs pour les agences (design, production)
• Coordination avec les fournisseurs: soumissions, maquettes, production et livraison

E-commerce & digital

• Création et mise en ligne des fiches produits (Shopify)
• Aide à la gestion du merchandising en ligne

Opérations & logistique

• Prévisions (forecast) des produits promotionnels
• Gestion du calendrier promotionnel
• Gestion des commandes B2B (1 à 2 par mois)

Service client web

• Gestion des demandes clients (en ligne)
• Gestion de communauté sur les médias sociaux
• Garantie d’une expérience client de qualité

Et toutes autres tâches connexes .

Profil recherché

• Diplôme universitaire en marketing ou domaine connexe
• 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en marketing (idéalement dans l’industrie de la beauté)
• Bonne connaissance du réseau des pharmacies au Canada (expérience en pharmacie, un atout)
• Expérience en e-commerce et canaux numériques (un atout)
• Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, organisation et rigueur
• Sensibilité esthétique et souci du détail
• Bilinguisme français / anglais (écrit et oral) — collaboration quotidienne avec des partenaires anglophones
• Autonomie, débrouillardise et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités
• Maîtrise de Office 365, Shopify, Canva et Klaviyo

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help drive Teaology’s growth in North America.

TEAOLOGY is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to lead the brand’s growth across pharmacy retail and online channels throughout North America.

Your role & impact

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the heart of executing marketing strategies. Acting as the key driver of operational marketing, you will directly contribute to the brand’s growth.

Your responsibilities include:

Marketing & Trade Marketing

• Co-create marketing plans (launches, promotions)
• Develop and manage retail promotions and activations within budget
• Create and coordinate visual assets
• Various analyses and performance tracking

Project Management & Production

• Write briefs for agencies (design, production)
• Coordinate with suppliers: quotes, mockups, production, and delivery

E-commerce & Digital

• Create and upload product pages (Shopify)
• Support for online merchandising management

Operations & Logistics

• Forecast promotional products
• Manage the promotional calendar
• Handle B2B orders (1 to 2 per month)

Customer Experience

• Manage customer inquiries (online)
• Manage social media communities
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience

And any other related tasks

Profile

• University degree in marketing or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing (ideally in the beauty industry)
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian pharmacy retail network (pharmacy experience is an asset)
• Experience in e-commerce and digital channels (an asset)
• Excellent project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong aesthetic sense
• Bilingual French/English (written and spoken) — daily collaboration with English-speaking partners
• Self-starter, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Office 365, Shopify, Canva, and Klaviyo
