Expected Start Date: July 14, 2026 Union: CUPE Facility: St Josephs Hospital City/Town: Estevan Department: Community Addiction Services Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.64 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: 71.68 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 9 $21.380 to $22.890 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job : The Community Program Builder works collaboratively with diverse and marginalized community members and organizations to facilitate eventual transition from program supports to self empowerment, independence and community connections. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- One (1) year previous related life skills/experience
- (ex: culture/recreation, service clubs, inner city/community or school programs)
- or experience working with family services or social services
