GREAT CANADIAN OIL CHANGE
Great Canadian Oil Change is seeking a motivated and experienced leader to oversee the operations of our Estevan service centre. This is an opportunity to lead an established business, develop a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive financial results.
Key Responsibilities:* Lead all day-to-day operations of the service centre.
* Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
* Create a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
* Manage staffing, scheduling, labour costs, and productivity.
* Monitor and achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
* Maintain inventory controls and oversee purchasing requirements.
* Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and company standards.
* Review key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
* Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and community engagement.
* Support technicians and service advisors as needed while maintaining operational excellence. What Were Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of management experience with responsibility for employee supervision, scheduling, performance management, and business results.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
* Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
* Experience managing budgets, labour costs, inventory, or operational performance.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Automotive, retail, hospitality, dealership, service industry, or multi-unit management experience is considered an asset.
* Mechanical aptitude is beneficial, but leadership experience is more important than advanced mechanical knowledge. Compensation & Benefits:
* Competitive salary of $80,000-$90,000 annually based on experience.
* Monthly performance bonus program.
