Project Manager Restoration

First General Estevan is a trusted leader in disaster mitigation and property restoration, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, storm, and other property losses. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration projects and deliver exceptional service to clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Manage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion.
Prepare estimates, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters throughout the project.
Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and company KPIs are met.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Provide consistent updates and reporting on project status.
Lead by example in health and safety, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.
Uphold exceptional customer service standards, building trust and long-term client relationships.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as required.
Qualifications
5-7 years of construction and/or restoration experience.
Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Xactimate, and XactAnalysis.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management.
Ability to read construction plans and technical documents.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT) preferred; ASD, AMRT, and Odor certifications are assets.
