Full-time · Variable schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays · Laval, Quebec · As soon as possible · Hourly rate after probation: $30.30

WHAT YOU WILL DO40% Culinary Preparation & Execution · 35% Brigade Support & Service · 25% Organization & Compliance
- Ensure preparation, cooking and plating of dishes according to established standards
- Support the Chef and the brigade during service, particularly during high‑volume periods
- Participate in mise en place and ensure efficient organization of workstations
- Contribute to consistent, high‑quality execution in compliance with established recipes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards (MAPAQ)
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
- Work closely with all members of the kitchen team
- Perform any other related duties required for the smooth operation of the kitchen
Qualities: Attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, team spirit, professionalism, ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail
Experience and Training: Culinary DEP or equivalent training, relevant experience in a similar position (ideally in a hotel or high‑volume restaurant environment), knowledge of MAPAQ standards.
