Executive Assistant

NOW HIRING  EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE VICE PRESIDENT

Preferred Energy Inc. is seeking a highly organized, professional, and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Vice President in a fast-paced and growing energy services company.

This position plays a key role in keeping daily operations organized, supporting business development initiatives, managing company communications, and ensuring effective communication across our team, clients, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
-Coordinate communications with clients, vendors, and team members
-Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and business documents
-Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up action items
-Assist with invoicing, reporting, and administrative functions
-Support client relations and internal communications
-Maintain confidential company information with professionalism
-Assist with company advertising, marketing initiatives, and brand awareness campaigns
-Create, schedule, and manage social media content across company platforms
-Help develop promotional materials, recruitment advertisements, and company announcements
-Support business development and community engagement efforts
-Provide administrative support for executive and operational activities

Qualifications:
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing tools is considered an asset
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
-Professional demeanor and attention to detail
-Experience in administration, executive support, office management, marketing, or communications preferred
-Experience in construction, oilfield, energy, or industrial sectors is considered an asset
