At Oroshi Fish Co., we’re bringing premium dry-aged seafood and precision-driven sushi to takeaway. We’re looking for a reliable sushi cook with 1–2 years of experience making maki and nigiri to join our clean, organized, and collaborative kitchen.
Responsiblities
- Prepare, slice, and assemble nigiri, sashimi, maki, and bowls to a high standard.
- Handle premium raw seafood with precision and care.
- Manage daily prep, station setup, and sushi rice.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience as a sushi or prep cook in a quality-driven kitchen.
- Basic Japanese knife skills and seafood handling experience.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a good work ethic.
- Commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and quality.
