At Oroshi Fish Co., we’re bringing premium dry-aged seafood and precision-driven sushi to takeaway. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable sushi cook/chef to join our clean, organized, and collaborative kitchen.
Responsiblities
- Prepare nigiri, sashimi, maki, and bowls to a high standard.
- Handle premium raw seafood with precision and care.
- Manage daily prep, station setup, and sushi rice.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout service.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a quality-driven sushi kitchen.
- Strong knife skills and seafood handling experience.
- Food Handler Certificate.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-minded.
- High standards for cleanliness, consistency, and quality.
