(V6V 3C8)Job Type: Full Time PermanentStarting Minimum: $50,000 per yearKey ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative’s responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Selling to existing customer base, working with call sheets. Weekly collection of account balances from customers (distributing statements, credits, and ensuring all invoices are paid according to terms). Grow existing customer base using correct company protocol on new account sign ups. Attend regular sales meetings either virtually or in person and yearly March conference. Responsible for increasing sales and margin in existing customer base. Working on adding new product lines. Working with customers to setup weekly advertisements to continue to grow business. Selling protein specialties and Made at Centennial items. Understanding market conditions, product innovations and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services Qualifications and Skills 1 to 2 years progressive sales experience in a similar sized operation; a combination of post-secondary education and experience will also be considered. 1 to 3 years of related industry experience required. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, colleagues, and staff. Ability to work comfortably on computers. Self-motivated and able to work in, and outside of an office setting.
