This is a full‑time, seasonal role beginning June 2026 in Jasper, AB. The starting wage is $21.00/hour. Staff accommodation is available. The position is for the Food & Beverage Department.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional, engaging, and professional Food & Beverage experiences for every guest.
• Actively participate in the daily Food & Beverage operation, including coordination of scheduling, recognition, and performance management duties.
• Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Ensure accuracy in cash, debit, and credit card transactions. Prepare and verify daily cash reports.
• Serve as a primary point of escalation for guest service concerns, responding with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑focused approach to create positive guest outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation throughout all restaurant and guest‑facing areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of food & beverage supervisory experience.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Proven track record of “safety first” practices (an asset).
• Previous experience with POS, Microsoft Office, cash handling/cash out.
