Full‑time, year‑round position beginning July 2026. Staff accommodation available. The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional Food & Beverage experience.
- Actively participate in the daily Food & Beverage operation including coordination of scheduling, recognition and performance management duties – all with best office view you could ask for!
- Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions. Preparation and verification of daily cash reports.
- Act as the direct line of support in handling any service‑related issues, actively listening to guest concerns/issues and finding effective resolution. Escalating as required.
- Ensure the restaurant area is clean and always organized.
- Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of food & beverage/restaurant supervisory experience.
- Detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure.
- Previous experience with POS, Microsoft Office, cash handling/cash out.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Proven track record of “safety first” practices an asset.
