- Lead virtual requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Produce Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications
- Conduct current-state and future-state process analyses
- Facilitate UAT planning and execution with testing scenarios
- Manage client engagement scope and communicate findings
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in SaaS
- Proficient in requirements elicitation techniques
- Expertise in producing formal BA deliverables
- Experience in gap and root-cause analysis
- Solid understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies
