Senior People & Culture Specialist

Lead the People & Culture initiatives at Nordex in Montreal, Quebec, with a focus on compliance and strategic employee relations. This dynamic role requires a proactive and knowledgeable HR approach. As a Senior P&C Business Partner, you will ensure legal compliance and facilitate employee engagement across multiple Canadian regions. • Serve as the primary advisor on employee relations
• Manage organizational change and effectiveness initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years HR experience across Canada
• Expertise in labour law and employee relations
• Strong analytical and project management skills
