Job Summary
(ENGLISH, HINDI)-REQUIREDWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies, procedures, and standards to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the POS system for accurate order processing and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards of excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory; knowledge of beverage service is beneficial.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
