Join a leading financial services firm in Canada as a Developer specializing in Pen Testing and Red Teaming. This role offers a contract opportunity to develop security tools and conduct advanced vulnerability assessments. In this six-month contract position, you'll bring together software development and penetration testing expertise. You'll be designing custom security tools, conducting penetration tests, and participating in real-world attack simulations. This role is vital to enhancing the security posture of critical financial systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom security tools for testing
- Solve engineering challenges in software and cybersecurity
- Conduct comprehensive penetration tests across various environments
- Participate in red team exercises simulating real-world attacks
- Identify and document security vulnerabilities with recommendations
- Strong software development and engineering background
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing and red teaming
- Proficiency in Burp Suite, Metasploit, and security tools
- Ability to communicate technical findings effectively
- Experience in automating security solutions
