Senior Expatriate Tax Consultant at BDO

Drive excellence in expatriate tax consultation as a Senior Manager at BDO. As a Senior Expatriate Tax Consultant, you will lead a dedicated team in preparing and reviewing tax returns while actively participating in business development efforts. Your ability to analyze intricate tax issues will enhance service delivery and ensure compliance across various client scenarios. Key Responsibilities:
- Train team on Canadian and US tax return preparation
- Review income tax returns for compliance and accuracy
- Provide tailored expatriate tax advice to clients
- Conduct research on tax-related issues
- Collaborate with partners on practice development
- Must hold a CPA designation
- At least 7 years of relevant expatriate tax experience
- Strong communication abilities, with French a plus
- Proven skills in team collaboration and mentorship
- Interest in ongoing professional growth and learning
