Senior Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Senior Product Owner in Payments domain. The resource will be joining our financial services domain consulting team, a specialized team with expertise in supporting Banking, Cards & Payments, Mortgage and related domain projects. The candidate will be responsible for interfacing with end-users, IT teams, and key stakeholders to gather system requirements. The role also requires applying technical proficiency across the software development life cycle, including requirements elicitation. Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario or Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty will be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
• At least 4 years of experience as Product Owner in Payments domain involving Fedwire, CHIPS, ACH, TCH, etc., and ISO / SWIFT messages.
• At least 3 years of experience working with ISO 20022 formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience working as a Product Owner – creating product features and user stories.
• At least 4 years of experience creating requirement specifications based on architecture, design or detailing of processes.
• At least 4 years of experience capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Planning and coordination skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Responsible for contribution to functional design, architecture of the solution and product configuration for an implementation.
• Ability to lead project planning and delivery effort from the domain team.
• Build value through deep product, functional and application expertise and client‑manager engagement capabilities.

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time. The candidate should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for Ontario

$92,740 to $105,007.
