RBKS Construction Ltd. is a growing construction company delivering primarily Commercial projects throughout the Edmonton area. We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants direct involvement with company leadership. What You’ll Do

Lead projects from pre‑construction to completion Review drawings, specifications, and project scope Prepare estimates, budgets, and bid submissions Manage labour, materials, equipment, and scheduling Coordinate field operations and conduct site meetings Communicate directly with Owners, consultants, and clients Monitor project costs, forecast budgets, and maintain profitability Support billing, documentation, and close‑out processes What We’re Looking For

5 years Project Management experience 10 years construction industry experience Robust Construction Management background Commercial construction experience preferred Rehabilitation, Retrofit, and/or Building Envelope experience is an asset Ability to confidently read and interpret construction drawings Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Valid driver’s license with clean abstract and reliable transportation Why Join RBKS?
