Sales Administrator, Digital Distribution.

The Sales Administrator Digital is responsible for the execution of various retail activities and programs for Solutions 2 GO customers and vendors, across the US and Canada. The role will provide administrative assistance to the Digital Distribution sales team and will be responsible for managing product content, retailer setups, customer service support, marketing & promotional activities, and various other administrative and reporting tasks as assigned. In this role, you will work with major retailers, such as Best Buy, Costco, Walmart and Staples to name a few. You will also work closely with key vendors, such as Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, McAfee, Norton, ESET and Intuit to name a few.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Collect and maintain item pricing & metadata from digital vendors

· Collect external assets and maintain digital catalogue with support from S2G Marketing department

· Utilizing internal tools and liaising with internal departments and stakeholders assist with setting up new digital products

· Manage retailer item files, including new item setups, item maintenance, price protections, and online product pages

· Assist Sales department in the creation and execution of promotional events for the digital program, including but not limited to new promotional ideas, partner presentations, and other duties as assigned by the Digital management team

· Coordinate the execution of all promotional events and reconcile with retailers & vendor partners

· Where applicable, monitor and maintain code inventory levels to ensure this is no disruption of services

· Assist with the creation of manual customer orders, which includes entering invoices, and pulling & securely delivering codes

· Weekly/monthly sell through submissions and reconciliations as required for digital distribution.

· Perform retail site audits to ensure accuracy of web content, pricing and promotional execution.

· Assist with customer service (email) inquiries and perform proof of delivery, code resends and code validation services in a timely manner

· Attend weekly sales meetings and key vendor sales presentations, as required

· Ad hoc reports for customers/sales reps/senior management

Skills & Qualifications:

· College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Digital Media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

· 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service focused role

· Able to multitask, prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and busy department

· Superior written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Results oriented, with a positive outlook

· Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team

· Ability to adjust to change in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office software - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

· Experience working with Great Plains, Retail Link, Supplier One and/or Rithum software is an asset

· Video Game Industry interest and experience are assets

· Represent the company with a high level of integrity, and professionalism, even while under pressure
