Remote Auto Claims Adjuster with Focus on Quality Customer Service

Become an integral part of a remote team as an Auto Claims Adjuster, responsible for evaluating and settling diverse claims. Engage directly with clients while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy. This contract role typically spans 3-12 months and requires a strong background in insurance claims, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Candidates should be pursuing an Ontario Adjuster’s License while utilizing advanced skills in investigation and negotiation to support our clients effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze claims thoroughly
- Record, report, and present claims without error
- Settle claims while adhering to applicable regulations
- Maintain precise billing and expense records
- Collaborate effectively with management for client relations
- 4 years of technical experience in claims
- Post-secondary education in an insurance discipline
- Eligibility to obtain an Ontario Adjusters License
- Proficiency in Office 365 software
- Strong communication and teamwork focus
