Healthcare Advertising Account Supervisor

Publicis Health Canada is seeking an Account Supervisor skilled in pharmaceutical advertising to support a major global client. This role offers exposure to the US healthcare market from a Canadian base. You will oversee the management of day-to-day account operations, ensuring creative and strategy alignment. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will champion brand knowledge and competitive analysis while leading campaign elements with selective oversight. Your role is pivotal in ensuring successful campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams for strategic direction
- Manage campaign deliverables with senior oversight
- Champion understanding of the competitive landscape
- Lead regular communications with client stakeholders
- Develop and deliver strategies and reports
- 4–5 years account management experience in an agency
- Strong grasp of pharmaceutical marketing regulations
- Proven experience in DTC and HCP campaigns
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing execution
