Cybersecurity Operations Manager Role

You will also foster a culture of learning and improvement by mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive daily SOC operations and incident management
- Develop and implement security strategies for various environments
- Evaluate and report service metrics like KPIs/SLA
- Champion continuous service enhancements and automation
- Engage in business development by answering RFPs and bids
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related area
- A decade of experience in cybersecurity roles
- 3 years of leadership experience in a cybersecurity context
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT security technologies
- Understanding of compliance standards such as ISO and PCI
