Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $70,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience.

Primary day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative search and social strategies for our clients.
• Proactively manage and optimize campaigns on Search and Social platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Meta, TikTok, Reddit)
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on strategic insights
• Work closely with internal teams (planning, analytics) to guarantee consistency and optimal effectiveness of campaigns.
• Manage two direct reports on your team. Train them on search and social best practices and quality assurance.
• Work in partnership with the Director and business lead to ensure effective delivery. Exceed performance targets through effective activation.
• Build client, vendor and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and touchpoint strategies.
• Support partner engagement and relationship management (Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Reddit).

qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in paid search and social
• Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to driving positive performance impact burning desire to succeed
• Advanced understanding of digital advertising
• Technical Knowledge: Mastery of the main ad platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Meta, TikTok, GA4, GTM and CM360).
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and mastery of performance measurement tools. Ability to interpret data and transform insights into strategic actions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear and compelling reports and recommendations. A didactic spirit and enjoy passing on your knowledge and skills to others.
• Certification: Google Search, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Media Buying is an asset but not required.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently and in a team, to take initiatives and manage several projects simultaneously.
• People Management: Experience managing and nurturing direct reports.
