Organizational Change Management Leader at RSM

Ignite organizational transformation as an Organizational Change Management Leader at RSM. Your role focuses on optimizing business processes and managing change for client success. As a Change Management Supervisor, you'll oversee project execution while leveraging industry best practices like Kotter's and Bridges to foster sustainable change. You'll play a key part in enhancing the finance function through various optimization strategies while ensuring project budgets and timelines are met. Additionally, your engagement in business development will broaden client service across multiple lines. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise projects for finance function enhancements
- Manage change processes with expertise in methodologies
- Monitor project status and communicate with clients
- Build strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders
- Coach project teams through change management challenges
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years’ relevant experience in a large firm
- Project leadership experience from inception to completion
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with AI integrations in business processes
