Bilingual Credit Counsellor Hybrid Role

• Conduct one-on-one financial counselling sessions
• Teach clients budgeting and repayment strategies
• Build trust and rapport with financially stressed clients
• Document client interactions and follow-ups diligently
• Collaborate with internal teams for better outcomes Requirements:
• Fully bilingual in English and French
• Experience in emotionally sensitive client support
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Background in financial services or social services
