Who You  Are  

• Have 2–4  years of client service, legal intake, customer service, sales, claims, or case management experience in a law   firm,   legal services, insurance, healthcare, or other professional services environment


• Have a post-secondary education in   B usiness , Legal Administration, Paralegal Studies, Communications, or a related field (not required but considered an asset)


• Demonstrate strong  proficiency with MS Suite applications (Word, Outlook,  and  Teams)


• Are enthusiastic about office culture, and can easily build strong relationships internally and externally with clients  


• Can demonstrate sound judgement and handle sensitive situations that require empathy, tact, and confidentiality 

• Have exceptional attention to detail with  a high level of accuracy  


• Are open to change and continuous improvement  


• Work efficiently and with integrity under pressure  


• Can  think outside the box and be creative in resolving client concerns  

How  You’ll Make a Difference  

Our clients are our number one priority at  Litco Law, and we are always striving to find new ways to support their needs. The Client Solutions team  is responsible for making that first connection with potential clients and ensuring that every interaction with us is positive right from day one.  

The  Client  Solutions Specialist is a dedicated member of our Client Solutions department. We rely on them to complete intake calls with compassion and focus, fully explaining the services of the firm and capturing details about the injury incident before scheduling and completing consultations.  

• Answer initial calls from prospective clients and  establish trust and confidence in our company's services  


• Obtain  accurate basic demographic information, information about the incident and relevant insurance details  


• Update all prospects' information into the firm's systems - properly record all data  pertaining to each client  


• Schedule a suitable time for an intake consultation meeting, or preliminary screening call, as  

• Complete intake consultations with potential new clients and  provide full explanation of our firm’s services, processes, and next steps  


• Ensure all required information is obtained from the potential client to adequately assess the potential of the claim and, where possible, recommend acceptance or refer out decision  


• Provide Lawyer with all relevant information for the meeting  


• Be available to  assist other departments with ongoing client communications to ensure smooth transition to the next phase of firm process  


• Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries professionally, empathetically, and   in a timely manner.
