Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to their construction team.
Your new role
As the Assistant Superintendent, you will support the Site Superintendent in the day-to-day construction of single-family homes from foundation through possession. You will help coordinate trades, conduct site inspections, maintain construction schedules, monitor quality standards, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional looking to develop into a future Superintendent while working with an industry-leading builder.
What you'll need to succeed
1+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in single-family home construction.
Experience coordinating trades and assisting with daily site operations.
Strong understanding of residential construction practices, scheduling, and quality control.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.What you'll get in return
