Position Overview:

As a Sales & Leasing Consultant you will be the face of our dealership – guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey with confidence, product knowledge, and a customer -first approach.  This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and is passionate about automotive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Deliver product presentations and test drives. That highlight features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Follow up on leads through phone, email and customer retention management system (CRM).
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, features and promotions.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to close deals efficiently.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales or delivery experience required
• Valid OMVIC license required
• Fluent verbal and written proficiency in english and mandarin is required to effectively service and communicate with our chinese-speaking clientele and partners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• strong ability to communicate confidently and professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
