Ontario Hyundai — a Hyundai Certified Platinum Dealership and proud member of the Novus Automotive Group as of May 1, 2025 — is seeking a skilled Sales & Leasing Representative to join our high-performing team. We're transforming the dealership experience in the Durham Region and are looking for motivated professionals to grow with us.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the New and Used Vehicle Sales Managers, you'll facilitate the full customer experience — from first contact to vehicle delivery and post-purchase follow-up. You'll provide product demonstrations, conduct test drives, support financing discussions, and create lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and embraces technology, including video and social media tools.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, online, or via phone/video
Present Hyundai products and features with confidence and professionalism
Conduct test drives and guide customers through finance and lease options
Manage sales process from initial contact through to delivery and follow-up
Maintain accurate records in CRM and stay organized with follow-ups
Engage with customers on social media and through video to enhance communication
Meet and exceed monthly performance and customer satisfaction goals
Participate in training, product updates, and sales meetings
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (automotive preferred; other industries welcome)
Valid OMVIC license and Ontario Class G Driver's License
Strong communication and active listening skills
Solid computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools
Comfortable creating video content and engaging on social media
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-service driven
Ability to interpret customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent
