Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member Location: Oshawa
Type: Full Time & Part Time Positions Available
Are you passionate about helping others and driven to succeed? A successful Desjardins Agent is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic professional to join their dynamic team as an Insurance Account Representative – Desjardins Agent Team Member .
As a valued team member, you will play a key role in driving growth through genuine, value-based conversations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding individual needs and recommending appropriate products and services
Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service to clients on matters such as policy changes, eligibility, claims, coverage details, and billing
Work closely with the agent to set and achieve sales and marketing goals
Previous sales experience (retail, inside or outside sales, telemarketing, etc.) is an asset
A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is preferred
A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a genuine passion for customer service
Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required for interview (must be willing to obtain if hired)
