Clinical Associate
ICON
Clinical Associate position supporting the design, implementation, and management of clinical trials at a global clinical research organization. The role involves clinical coordination, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to advance innovative treatments. Based in Montreal or Toronto with remote flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials with protocol and regulatory adherence
- Coordinate study activities including site initiation, recruitment, data collection, and monitoring visits
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Biometrics teams on trial execution
- Maintain comprehensive study documentation and records per regulations and SOPs
- Support study close-out activities including data cleaning and clinical report preparation
Requirements
- Full professional fluency in French and English, written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Previous clinical research or healthcare experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO
- Strong organizational and time management skills with competing priority handling
- Excellent attention to detail and data integrity commitment
- Effective cross-functional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
Compensation: Competitive base salary and performance related incentives
