Senior Clinical Research Associate

ICON seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate to monitor clinical trials at investigative sites or remotely, ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The role supports the acceleration of drug and device development across multiple Canadian locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of clinical studies at investigative sites or remotely
• Ensure clinical trials are conducted and documented according to protocol and SOPs
• Verify compliance with ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements
• Report trial progress and findings in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or health-related field, or equivalent education and clinical research experience
• 1+ years clinical monitoring experience for Level 2; 3+ years for Level 3
• Knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority regulations for drug trials
• Legal authorization to work in United States or Canada; no visa sponsorship required
• Ability to travel 70%
• Oncology monitoring experience preferred
• Bilingual English/French required (per Canadian posting)
