People Store Staffing is currently hiring for Warehouse Inventory Associates for a client in East Montreal.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with inventory systems and Excel? In this role, you will help ensure inventory accuracy, maintain organized records, and support inventory control operations. The ideal candidates are fluent in French, able to understand English, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and computer systems.

Location: East Montreal
Starting Rate: $20.00–$21.50/hour, based on experience

Schedule

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Research inventory discrepancies and provide investigation results
• Maintain accurate filing system
• Respond to clients promptly and report feedback to management
• Liaise between warehouse and customer
• Verify standing inventory counts to automated records
• Investigate and reports variances to management
• Perform and schedule regular cycle counts
• Conduct incidental audits of orders and receipts including location audits to preserve the integrity of the Warehouse Management System
• Coordinate and participate in all scheduled physical inventories on schedules dictated by the client
• Assist management with space utilization and availability
• Process damaged inventory including month end cut off procedures
• Communicate directly with the Client on a daily basis, provide required reports

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and the ability to understand English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good computer skills and the ability to manage inventory data accurately
• Previous inventory control or related experience is an asset

People Store Staffing est actuellement à la recherche de commis à l’inventaire d’entrepôt pour le compte d’un client situé dans l’est de Montréal.

Vous êtes une personne minutieuse, organisée et à l’aise avec les systèmes de gestion des stocks et Microsoft Excel? Dans ce poste, vous contribuerez à assurer l’exactitude des stocks, à maintenir des dossiers bien organisés et à soutenir les activités de contrôle de l’inventaire. Les candidats recherchés doivent maîtriser le français, être capables de comprendre l’anglais et être à l’aise avec les chiffriers et les systèmes informatiques.

Lieu : Est de Montréal

Salaire de départ : 20,00 $ à 21,50 $/heure, selon l’expérience

Horaire de travail

Du lundi au vendredi

8 h à 16 h 30

Principales responsabilités

• Rechercher les écarts d’inventaire et fournir les résultats des enquêtes effectuées.
• Maintenir un système de classement et d’archivage précis et à jour.
• Répondre rapidement aux clients et transmettre leurs commentaires à la direction.
• Assurer la liaison entre l’entrepôt et les clients.
• Vérifier les quantités de stock disponibles et les comparer aux données enregistrées dans le système automatisé.
• Enquêter sur les écarts d’inventaire et en faire rapport à la direction.
• Effectuer et planifier régulièrement les décomptes cycliques des stocks.
• Réaliser des vérifications ponctuelles des commandes et des réceptions, y compris des audits d’emplacements, afin de préserver l’intégrité du système de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS).
• Coordonner et participer à tous les inventaires physiques planifiés, selon le calendrier établi par le client.
• Aider la direction à optimiser l’utilisation de l’espace d’entreposage et à gérer les espaces disponibles.
• Traiter les stocks endommagés, y compris les procédures de clôture de fin de mois.
• Communiquer quotidiennement directement avec le client et lui fournir les rapports requis.

Exigences et qualifications

• Maîtrise du français et capacité à comprendre l’anglais.
• Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel.
• La connaissance du logiciel Oracle constitue un atout.
• Excellent souci du détail et bonnes compétences organisationnelles.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et capacité à gérer les données d’inventaire avec précision.
• Une expérience préalable en contrôle de l’inventaire ou dans un poste similaire constitue un atout.
