What you get to do in this role:

• Build the best cloud-based AI/ML solutions to power intelligent enterprise services.
• Develop machine learning and deep learning (DL) models, perform experiments for proof of concepts, and deliver working solutions in production in time series forecasting and anomaly detection, generative AI, and more.
• Collaborate daily with a team of developers and applied researchers, product managers and quality engineers to produce quality software.
• Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, testing and delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions to our users.
• Develop innovative patentable ideas that ensure the competitiveness of this product within the domain of similar work being done in the industry.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of working experience or a Master degree in Computer Science or other related field
• Experience with Python, and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and its data science ecosystem (Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Knowledge of core ML techniques and algorithms, and experience with ML and DL models, including Generative AI.
• Experience in coding efficiently, unit testing and code profiling.
• Experience with doing literature research, implementing (sometimes from scratch) the best solution found, and the ability to quickly validate whether a certain avenue is worth pursuing.
• Curiosity, an open mind and desire to learn and work in a diversified team.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and other containerized systems, as well as associated automation tools, is considered an asset.
• Experience with version management tools like Git is considered an asset.
