Clinical Applications Specialist - Monitoring Solutions (Bilingual)

GE HealthCare seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist to support patient monitoring technology adoption across Canada. The role combines critical care expertise, clinical education delivery, and workflow assessment to help healthcare organizations implement monitoring solutions successfully. Bilingual fluency in French and English is required.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer workflows and develop tailored clinical education and training plans
- Deliver onsite and virtual training, demonstrations, and workshops in French and English
- Support pre-sale, implementation, go-live, and post-implementation phases of customer projects
- Collaborate with clinical leaders, sales, service, and project teams on adoption initiatives
- Capture training outcomes, share field insights, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Professional fluency in French and English, spoken and written
- Registered Nurse in good standing with provincial regulatory body
- 3+ years critical care, acute care, or patient monitoring experience
- Knowledge of critical care workflows, ECG, hemodynamic monitoring, and alarm management
- Experience developing and delivering clinical education using adult learning principles
- Ability to travel extensively across Canada with valid driver's license
- Ability to translate complex clinical and technical information for diverse audiences
