With your bilingual skills, you'll effortlessly help both English and French-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored insurance advice based on client needs
- Ensure positive client experiences in every communication
- Complete personalized needs assessments with tools and resources
- Understand regulatory risks in underwriting insurance policies
- Cultivate relationships across the RBC team
- Obtain Quebec Damage Insurance certificate and General Insurance License
- Bilingual in English and French for client interactions
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts within operational hours
- Digital literacy with a range of devices
