Join National Bank as a Technical Advisor for Portfolio Management, contributing to data management and operational excellence. This position offers a hybrid work model. You will be part of the Administrative Support team in Global Credit Markets based in Montreal. Key responsibilities include ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency through structured processes. You will manage deal information, support the production of reports, and participate in insurance data tracking. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update comprehensive deal data
• Track key portfolio details like repricing and maturities
• Support report distribution using the internal CIBA platform
• Monitor insurance data and validate invoices
• Assist with Loan IQ processes and customer management

Requirements:

• DEC or bachelor's degree in finance or business
• Previous experience in banking operations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
