Training Lead in Healthcare Registration

- Conduct training and orientation for Registration staff
- Implement data quality programs in registration
- Enforce adherence to registration standards and processes
- Serve as a mentor to foster a positive culture
- Standardize practices in bed management across teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Valid BC Driver’s License
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SharePoint
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare registration practices
