Take charge of facility maintenance as the Maintenance Team Leader at CBRE, directing a skilled team and ensuring compliance with safety standards. As the Maintenance Team Leader, you will lead a team while coordinating maintenance efforts that enhance building systems' functionality. You will have a direct impact on service delivery, working collaboratively with both internal staff and external contractors to fulfill maintenance requests and uphold compliance with all relevant codes. Your expertise will be key to maintaining workplace safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance team and subcontractor activities
- Manage project budgets and facility-related inspections
- Ensure compliance with all established policies
- Guide and train staff in maintenance best practices
- Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation
- 5-10 years of facility operations experience
- High school diploma with relevant trades qualifications preferred
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong urgency and client-service orientation
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for corporate vehicle use
