Lead Compliance for Veterinary Customer Success
Certified Safety Training
Become our Lead Compliance and Customer Success professional in a hybrid role based in Victoria, BC. Oversee essential compliance protocols while fostering client relationships in the veterinary field. We are searching for a dynamic leader experienced in compliance management and veterinary operations. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to OSHA and DEA standards while fostering strong relationships with enterprise clients. Your role will heavily involve training clients and continuously improving compliance processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compliance processes ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Conduct training sessions and create comprehensive educational materials
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with veterinary clients
- Track compliance milestones and identify service expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with teams to refine client resources and compliance tools
- In-depth understanding of compliance in veterinary practices
- Successful history in client success or account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
