Description of Duties:
- Work with construction crew to meet scheduling goals and client expectations.
- Ensuring projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings and applicable building codes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Attending and providing input at Project Meetings with the Supervisor, proactively identifying solutions to support the project.
- Identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for Scope, Quality, and Schedule Targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating experience on either Excavator and/or Skidsteer.
- Knowledge of locates. - Working understanding of blueprints, grades and survey.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation: Range is $28.00 - $36.00/hr
- No work scheduled on Sundays and long weekends!!
- Saturdays are optional
- Career advancement available - I am looking to groom a Foreman this fall.
- Health Spending Account ($500/year) available after 3 month probation period.
- Expect average of 45-50hrs each week.
