Barber Shop Manager Romantiko Barber Shop Location 513 Centre Ave. Airdrie, AB Salary 37.50 hourly / 40 hours per week Full time Day, Evening, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio Responsibilities: Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Hire, train and supervise staff Address customers' complaints or concerns Supervision 5-10 people Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Attention to detail Combination of sitting, standing, walking Fast-paced environment Physically demanding Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Judgement Organized Reliability Team player Until: 2026-08-20
