In addition, Fresh Start Foods has a full portfolio of innovative, top quality, fresh and healthy grab and go line of products that include, but not limited to salads, sandwiches, snack cups, bento boxes, composed and leaf salads, parfaits etc.

We are currently seeking a full time Healthcare Account Manager to join our team based out of our Milton, Ontario location to call on the Retail segment .

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Weekdays, Business Hours

Salary: from $80,000/year plus bonus based on KPIs Description of Role:

As a part of the Fresh Start Sales Team your role will be to develop our presence in the Healthcare marketplace. You are a driven individual that welcomes the challenge of building business with a keen focus on results. You are familiar with the healthcare landscape in Ontario and have relationships that you can leverage. You understand merchandising, healthcare margins and are eager to provide your input on new product development. You will be the liaison between the healthcare marketplace and the internal departments and divisions within Fresh Start Foods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a sales strategy that focuses on new business, increased sales and profitability

• Establish and maintain solid customer relationships at both store level and head office

• Promotional Planning, New Product Presentations, Communicate Marketing initiatives, Category Reviews and Competitive tracking

• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth

• Provide customer with category information & make recommendations for category growth, bring customer feedback & potential solutions.

• Build relationships with our customers at both the unit and head office levels

• Facilitate customer business reviews

• Forecasting, Planning, Deduction clearing and Trade Spending entry

• Other responsibilities as required

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• 2-5+ years of prior sales experience in a similar role working with perishable products

• Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing would be an asset

• Excellent follow up and attention to detail

• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, analytical and communication skills

• Must have proven ability for developing new business

• Strong leadership skills including working with a variety of people at all levels of business

• A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team

• Excellent presentation skills, computer skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
