In this role, you'll connect with prospective and existing clients, identify their insurance needs, and provide personalized solutions for home, auto, life, and business insurance. You'll have the opportunity to generate new business, cross-sell multiple products, and become a trusted advisor to our clients while directly contributing to the agency's growth.

• Build strong client relationships through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across home, auto, life, and commercial insurance products.
• Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and recommend customized solutions.
• Follow up on quotes and actively work to close sales opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and agency growth objectives.
• Educate clients on insurance products while maintaining underwriting and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate records and client communications.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and results-driven team culture.

• OTL or RIBO licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A naturally competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Confidence speaking with clients and asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, mortgage, automotive, telecommunications, or customer-facing sales is a strong asset.

• Base salary: $45,000 - $59,400
