Industrial Sales Order Coordinator
Wajax Corporation
Coordinate high-volume industrial sales orders at Wajax, using customer service, documentation, and delivery management skills across Canada’s industrial markets.
This Sales Representative role supports the retail sales process from order reception through product delivery. You will review customer requirements, coordinate purchasing, and communicate requirements with vendors and departments. The position also includes invoice administration, project reporting, and support for sales and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume product sales orders efficiently
- Coordinate purchasing, documentation, and product delivery
- Prepare financial and technical project status reports
- Administer customer and supplier invoices
- Apply discount and warranty structures accurately
Requirements:
- High school education
- Business diploma or related field
- Three to four years of work experience
- Experience in a similar or related position
